BUSISNESS VISA
Business visa applications may be submitted to any Consular Office of the Argentine Republic. The authorized stay period for this type of visas is a maximum of 60 (sixty) days. Applications are personal and the applicant must submit the following documents (an original and a copy) at the Consular Office
Requirements:
• Passport valid for at least six (6) months at the time of entering Argentina, with at least two (2) blank pages
• Two (2) current 4 x 4 cm photographs, facing the camera, printed in colour, on a white background
• Visa application form filled out (preferably in electronic format) and signed by the applicant
• Letter of invitation from the inviting party in the Argentine Republic
• Proof of commercial/work activity in the place of residence (for example, letter issued by the employer)
• Round trip reservation (Recommendation: do not purchase tickets before obtaining the visa)
• Hotel reservation or proof of accommodation in the Argentine Republic
• Payment of consular fee: 200 US dollars or euros, depending on the Consular Office where the application is filed. The fee must be paid in the local currency of the Representation
• Consular interview
VISA BY NATIONALITY
Applications for a nationality visa may only be submitted at the Consular Office of the Argentine Republic in the place of residence of the foreign national. This type of visa is available to nationals of MERCOSUR Member or Associate States, for the purpose of temporary establishment of foreign nationals in the Argentine Republic for a maximum term of 2 (two) years.
Requirements:
Applications are personal and the applicant must submit the following documents (an original and a copy) at the Consular Office:
1. Passport valid for at least six (6) months at the time of entering Argentina, with at least two (2) blank pages.
2. Two (2) current 4 x 4 cm photographs, facing the camera, printed in colour, on a white background
3. Visa application form filled out (preferably in electronic format) and signed by the applicant
4. Proof of address within the jurisdiction of the Consulate (such as a utility bill or other document that serves as proof).
5. In the case of travellers aged 16 or older, an apostilled or legalized certificate of good conduct issued by the competent authority of the countries where they resided for more than one year over the previous three years
6. In the case of travellers aged 16 or older, Commitment to tell the truth or Sworn affidavit of their lack of a criminal record in other countries, signed before the consul
7. Payment of migration fee

FAMILY REUNIFICATION VISA
Applications for a family reunification visa may only be submitted at the Consular Office of the Argentine Republic in the place of residence of the foreign national. This type of visa is available for the spouse, child or parent of an Argentine citizen. A foreign spouse, parent or child under the age of 18 (or older, if the child has a disability) of a foreign person with permanent residence in Argentina is also eligible for a family reunification visa.
Requirements:
Applications are personal and the applicant must submit the following documents (an original and a copy) at the Consular Office:
1. Passport valid for at least six (6) months at the time of entering Argentina, with at least two (2) blank pages

5. Certificate of vital record, depending on the relevant relationship (birth certificate for children and parents / marriage certificate in the case of spouses). If the document was not issued by the Argentine Republic, it must be apostilled or legalized
6. Certified copy of the National Identity Card (DNI) of the relative who is a national or a permanent resident of Argentina
7. Certificate of domicile of the relative who is a national or a permanent resident of Argentina
8. In the case of travellers aged 16 or older, an apostilled or legalized certificate of good conduct issued by the competent authority of the countries where they resided for more than one year over the previous three years
9. In the case of travellers aged 16 or older, Commitment to tell the truth or Sworn affidavit of their lack of a criminal record in other countries, signed before the consul
10. If the traveller is a minor, authorization by both parents / legal tutor in order to apply for the visa

WORKING VISA
Applications for a working visa may only be submitted at the Consular Office of the Argentine Republic in the place of residence of the foreign national.
Requirements:
Applications are personal and the applicant must submit the following documents (an original and a copy) at the Consular Office:
1. Passport valid for at least six (6) months at the time of entering Argentina, with at least two (2) blank pages.

The signature of the company's representative must be certified by an Argentine Notary Public and the relevant Association of Notaries Public. The visa applicant must sign the contract before the Consul. If the host is not registered with RENURE, please call (54-11) 4317-0200/0303/0337 to complete the registration.

STUDENT VISA
This visa is for studying in the Argentine Republic for a period less than 365 days. Applications for studies can be submitted at the Consular Office of the Argentine Republic in the place of residence of the foreign national.
Requirements:
Applications are personal and the applicant must submit the following documents (an original and a copy) at the Consular Office:
1. Passport valid for at least six (6) months at the time of entering Argentina, with at least two (2) blank pages.
2. Two (2) current 4 x 4 cm photographs, facing the camera, printed in colour, on a white background.
3. Visa application form filled out (preferably in electronic format) and signed by the applicant.
4. Program of study.
5. Electronic filing of the student data by the educational institution in the National Directorate of Migration.
6. The educational institution must be duly registered with the National Registry of Petitioners on behalf of Foreign Applicants of Argentina (RENURE) and have their inscription number. If the host is not registered with RENURE, please call (54-11) 4317-0200/0303/0337 to complete the registration.
7. Proof of sufficient funds to cover stay and study expenses (consular authorities may request copies of bank account statements, credit card statements, or other).
8. In the case of travellers aged 16 or older travelling for a period exceeding 6 (six) months, an apostilled or legalized certificate of good conduct issued by the competent authority of the countries where they resided for more than one year over the previous three years.
9. In the case of travellers aged 16 or older travelling for a period exceeding 6 (six) months, commitment to tell the truth or sworn affidavit of their lack of a criminal record in other countries, signed before the consul.
10. Payment of consular fee: 150 US dollars or euros, depending on the Consular Office where the application is filed. The fee must be paid in the local currency of the Representation.
11. Consular interview.
12. If the student is a minor, authorization by both parents in order to apply for the visa and the name of the tutor responsible in Argentina.
